Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns/Exchnage on Sutva

Our policy for 100% refund lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

-Any item which has already been exchanged

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your 100% refund without deductions will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account, within 10-12 banking days from return of shipment.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are applicable for all products (given the required design is in stock). Any item can be exchanged only once, with the allotment of a voucher/gift card. Once exchanged, refunds are not applicable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please do a check with your bank or credit card provider regarding the status. This will help us in processing the same from our end in case of a delay.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Cancellation on Sutva

You shall email Sutva at or place a call on 8433848967 for making any Cancellation Request.

Cancellation Request should be made within 12 hrs after the order is placed either via email or call.

Sutva shall not accept any Cancellation Request made by you for the product(s)
for which Custom Fitting option has been chosen by you and the same has been
made custom fit according to your measurements.

Sutva owes no liability to you for citing any reason for cancelling any Order made
by you.
